Things To Do

- Fix up stale states

- Implement UI for grouping options

- Automatically identify bundles from all open project dependencies.

- There are lots of things to fix marked in the code with `TODO` and
  `FIXME`

- Replace various `Exception.printStackTrace()` calls with either logging or
  user-visible prompts.
