Add basic Keycloak integration tests
This adds a test suite that verifies basic security auth with Keycloak
works as expected. By default the test suite is skipped. The integration
tests can be run by setting the maven property '-Dmaven.ktest.skip=false'.
The test suite expects a Keycloak server available at 127.0.0.1:31000
configured with users.
