Rename Agent from thermostat to thermostat-agent
This housekeeping patch changes the groupid in the agent to
com.redhat.thermostat.agent
The version number changes to 2.99.0-SNAPSHOT.
It also renames the main class from com.redhat.thermostat.main.Thermostat to
com.redhat.thermostat.agent.main.ThermostatAgent, which is less ambiguous
while debugging, etc.
Aside from the main package, no Java package names change
