Fix coverage reports
Coverage report generation relies on using the argLine property. This
property normally contains ${coverageAgent} which sets up the jacoco
agent. A few poms specify their own argLine but do not use
${coverageAgent} which results in the jacoco agent not being set up
properly and no coverage results.
