JAVAZI_DIR once and inside a AccessController.doPrivileged() block.
* patches/icedtea-timezone-default-permission.patch: New patch.
* overlays/openjdk/jdk/test/java/util/TimeZone/
(TimeZoneDatePermissionCheck.java, TimeZoneDatePermissionCheck.sh):
New test.
* Makefile.am: Add new patch.
* HACKING: Describe new patch.
