And only if missing, then on file * netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/JNLPFile.java: new method of createNameForDesktopFile, which returns title if it is present, jnlp file name otherwise. * netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/util/XDesktopEntry.java: getGeneratedJnlpFileName and getDesktopIconName now uses * NEWS: mentioned
