(check-tapset-jstack): Likewise. * NEWS: Updated. * configure.ac: Detect stap and warn if not found. * test/tapset/jstaptest.pl.in: Moved from test/tapset/jstaptest.pl. Fill in location of stap and perl binaries from configure output.
